So this past Thursday I graduated from the University of Surrey! I can’t believe it’s all over now! I finished the course back in September, but going to graduation, seeing all my friends and course mates again and experiencing the process of graduating with another degree has really made me think about what I’m doing and what I want to do in the next couple of years!
It’s given me a bit of a kick of motivation to work harder on this blogging thing I’m doing to help out all of you! I have the knowledge I gained during my Biology degree and now my Nutrition MSc, so why not use it to help all of you?
I often find myself thinking about how I want to help people and share the knowledge that I have to help you all be healthy and happy! So with the suggestion and encouragement from Jonas- I thought I will start to write more about nutrition on here to help all of you. I will post at least 1 nutrition, fitness or health related post a week and I will try and answer any questions you all have!
