Fit Food Juice Cleanse #2

Hey guys, so yesterday I did another juice cleanse! I did the advanced program from Fit Food and managed to go the whole day with just water, tea, these juices and a peach as I only had about half of the last two juices. Last year I did a juice cleanse with Fit Food and I documented a full review, so if you want to check it out, click here!

I had a tea in the morning while I walked Bella and then a juice every 2-3 hours. I felt so healthy and hydrated, but also a bit tired, which is fine since it is supposed to challenge you and I enjoyed testing out my will power 🙂

Juices:

  1. Orange, carrot, pineapple,ginger
  2. Apple, pineapple, mint
  3. Orange, alkaline water, agave, lemon, lime, cayenne, turmeric
  4. Apple, cucumber, spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, celery, coriander, lime, ginger
  5. Apple, pineapple, cucumber, spinach, lemon, ginger
  6. Alkaline water, almonds, dates, vanilla, cinnamon, himalayan pink salt

Today I feel so healthy and light – I can tell my stomach has had some time to rest from processed foods and sugar, so I’m also trying to keep it quite clean and healthy today. The one thing that was a bit difficult was that by the end of the day the juices were a bit too sweet for me- I know it’s because of the naturally occurring sugar in the fruit, but by the end of the day I was craving something savoury.  Nonetheless, I loved the cleanse and can’t wait till I do another one- possibly the next time I’m in Lithuania. I really like to challenge myself and to give my metabolism a bit of a break:)

Have you tried Fit Food or any other juice cleanse before?:) Xx
