So this drink was in my Antipasti in the Sun post from last week, but this drink is something I make all the time in the summer! I love spritzers and all types of fruity, fresh and healthy cocktails, but this is something I love to have when I don’t want to drink alcohol yet want to enjoy a delicious drink while hanging out with my mom or friends! The recipe is really easy and you can adjust it for how many people you’re making it for, so I just briefly mentioned how much I put into each glass!
Ingredients:
lime
mint leaves
ice cubes
1-2 tsp elderflower cordial
sparkling water to top-up
Procedures:
- Fill a glass with a splash of elderflower cordial (1-2 tsp) and top up with sparkling water.
- Add in some fresh mint leaves and squeeze in some lime.
- Add ice to keep it cold and enjoy!
I Like this recepie its so simple but good!
