Fruit infused waters

In this summer heat, sometimes we forget to drink enough water! I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel sick, tired and lethargic when I am dehydrated. I’ve done two other posts about the importance about drinking water and staying hydrated, so I wanted to continue this important topic and make this blogpost all about fruit infused water! For me, fruit and herb infused waters make it easier to drink enough H2O since the water is a lot more tasty and I hardly even notice drinking more water than usual!

Fruit infused waters are super easy- just chop up the fruit, veg or herbs you want and add them to a glass or pitcher of water and drink up! The longer you let the fruit steep, the more delicious the water is!

Here are just a few of my favorite suggestions to you guys for these hot summer days!

Mint and Lime

Mint (or Basil) and Strawberries– this one is super delicious!

Raspberries, Orange and Lemon
