Recipe: Healthy and fresh breakfast bruschetta (vegetariant and meat versions)


I made these for my mom and I the other day for breakfast alongside some avocado toast and had to share these simple, delicious and fresh bruschetta recipes with you! I made a meat-free one for my mom so there are two versions of this really simple recipe!
Perfect and healthy for any time of the day!

Recipe: 

  

Ingredients:

Rye bread

Fresh tomatoes

Arugula

Prosciutto

Salt and pepper

Procedures:

1. Toast the bread and cup tomatoes.

2. Top the bread with a piece of prosciutto, a handful of arugula and place 2-3 pieces of tomato on top.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Recipe (vegetarian):

  

Ingredients:

Rye bread

Fresh tomatoes

Arugula

1 tsp of cream cheese

Salt and pepper

Procedures:

1. Toast the bread and cup tomatoes.

2. Spread cream cheese on the toasted bread, add a handful of arugula and place 2-3 pieces of tomato on top.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
