A simple yet delicious and light wine spritzer for those who like light drinks during the summer! Mixing wine with fruit and soda water cuts the calories in half and allows you to drink less alcohol than when consuming wine alone! Not to mention it’s delicious and pretty!
Ingredients:
White wine (of your choice- I like something fruity)
Soda water
Elderflower cordial/syrup
Handful of berries and fruit of your choice
4-5 Mint leaves
Ice
Procedures:
1. In a large glass add 3-4 ice cubes and a splash of elderflower.
2. Add wine to fill half the glass- top up rest with soda water.
3. Add fruit of your choice (I added nectarine wedges and blueberries) and some mint for freshness.
Enjoy!
Great drink for a leisure summer break!
