A very moist and semi-healthy berry pie that is great for summer! Some of the fat is replaced with yogurt which gives it a very, very moist texture that I love.
I made this pie for a dinner we had with friends and Jonas tried a bit as well- everyone seemed to like it and Jonas asked me to make it more often, so I guess this recipe is a success!

Recipe:
Ingredients:
200g (3/4 cup) room temperature butter
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp white sugar
2 eggs
200ml plain yogurt
2 1/2 cups self-raising flour
1 1/2 cups berries of your choice
Procedures:
- Mix the butter with sugar and add eggs one at a time.
- Add yogurt and mix in thoroughly.
- Add in the flour in parts and pour the batter into a lined or buttered baking sheet. Top with berries of your choice – I chose raspberries and frozen blueberries, then sprinkle with a bit more sugar before baking.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes or until the pie starts to become golden brown. Let it cool and enjoy!
