This is one of my very loved breakfasts that is also a great snack and lunch option. I posted a picture of it from one of my weekend breakfasts and a lot of people seemed to like it. It’s extremely easy to make and both Jonas and I love it! He especially likes it along with smolked salmon – I just really like a traditional avocado toast!

Recipe: makes 2
1/2 ripe Avocado
1/4 tsp Salt
Pinch of Garlic powder
Pinch of Cayenne
3-5 Basil leaves
Rye Bread- I used lithuanian, but Biona organic has delicious ones to choose from!
1. Mash up avocado with the back of your fork, but leave some chunks if you want to. (I prefer chunky)
2. Spread the avocado onto the rye bread and add salt, garlic powder, cayenne and tear some basil leaves on top.
Simple, easy, healthy and delicious!
