This recipe was inspired by one I found on the my fitness pal blog. It’s a very healthy cookie recipe that is great for those who love to eat whole foods and want something sweet yet not sinful. Both Jonas and I enjoyed them and I hope you do too. Recipe: makes 12 cookies
Ingredients: 3 bananas 1 1/2 cup oats 60g lindt dark 70% chocolate
1. Mash the bananas with the back of a fork and mix in the oats.
2. Chop the chocolate and mix together with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Line and grease a baking tray and form tablespoon size cookies.
