Recipe: Healthy 3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe was inspired by one I found on the my fitness pal blog. It’s a very healthy cookie recipe that is great for those who love to eat whole foods and want something sweet yet not sinful. Both Jonas and I enjoyed them and I hope you do too.    Recipe: makes 12 cookies

Ingredients: 3 bananas  1 1/2 cup oats  60g lindt dark 70% chocolate


1. Mash the bananas with the back of a fork and mix in the oats.

2. Chop the chocolate and mix together with the rest of the ingredients.

3. Line and grease a baking tray and form tablespoon size cookies.

4. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes Let them cool completely and then enjoy these healthy treats!

    Hey Paula, I bet these cookies are just great, with the amount of Banana your using they will be so nice and moist, you have inspired me to add more banana to my similar but more complex version I hate to shamelessly plug but thought you could maybe get some ideas out of it as well:
