Weekend Breakfasts #3: Avocado Toast and Poached Eggs

Morning all:) 

Today is a busy day for us as Jonas is moving to a new place for a couple of weeks. To keep us energized and Jonas strong to carry the boxes, I made a healthy and filling breakfast- avocado toast and poached eggs. We also had some delicious iced coffee and mango. I will post an avocado toast recipe next week for you all as I think its one of the most delicious and healthy breakfasts I make. 

   
 

A new healthy dessert recipe will be up tomorrow as well so keep an eye out! 🙂  

By the way- how cool is this sweatshirt? So appropriate for someone like me who loves coffee!

  4. Kudos to you for getting your avocado and mango in bright an early on such a busy and exciting day. Moving is always an adventure, but doesn’t always involve a healthy breakfast, so good for you! Happy moving 🙂
