Recipe: simple guacamole 

As well as salsa – I really enjoy guacamole. With tortilla chips, on salads, in wraps- it’s the perfect addition. I first became obsessed with it due to my dad- he used to order it at every restaurant that had it and I too started to love it as well! This is a very quick and simple recipe I use and I thought I’d share it with you all.

Recipe: Serves 2:


1 ripe avocado

juice of 1/4 lime

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper


1. Mush the avocado in a bowl with the back of a fork.

2. Add the lime juice and the seasoning – mix well.

3. Enjoy with some tortilla chips or as a filling for sandwiches, wraps and fajitas.
