Recipe: Classic Salsa

I’m a huge fan of dips! Guacamole, hummus and salsa have to be my favorites! This is my recipe for a classic, go-to salsa that I love to make and have with some tortilla chips.

Feel free to double or even triple this recipe as I made enough for the 2 of us to share this on Friday- made about a cup of salsa 🙂

Recipe: (serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 ripe tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped red onion

5-6 coriander leaves

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp hot paprika powder

Juice of 1 lime

Procedures:

1. Dice up the tomatoes and mix in with the red onions.

2. Add the seasonings and the lime juice – mix thoroughly.

3. Add the chopped coriander and mix well.

Serve and enjoy with tortilla chips!
