The joys of summer: berries and fruit 

As summer is finally here- I have noticed that we all start to eat lighter and healthier things, especially when it comes to snacks. I have a lot of different snacks I reach for, but in the summer time my diet really mainly consists of fresh vegetables and FRUIT! This is just a really short little post to praise about fruit…simply enjoy them alone, mix them to make a fruit salad or have along with a nice hot coffee or tea 🙂

These are truly the best products of nature that do not need any other ingredients to make them taste amazing! As it will be evident below – I have been enjoying them on a regular basis and opt for them when I’m feeling a bit hungry or just want a quick pick-me-up. Also they are a great ingredient for baking! Especially berries – endless possibilities for muffins, cakes and pastries!

    Amazing shot of fruit. My mouth is watering. I am trying to only eat locally so lots of berries in my diet this spring and summer. Delish.
