Hello 🙂 I’m here today with the long awaited Acai bowl recipe! I’ve got a ton of blog posts all set up and ready to post but wanted to post this first as I promised it will be up soon! If you checked out my smoothie bowl obsession post, then you will have seen all the other smoothie bowls I have been enjoying recently , but the one that I have been opting for the most often has been this acai berry one! hope you try it out!
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen blackberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp acai powder (I get mine from Holland and Barrett)
3/4 cup almond milk
1. Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender & blend until smooth.
2. Pour Acai smoothie into a bowl and add toppings of your choice. Today I chose more blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, dried coconut, cacao nibs, peanut butter & goji berries. The combinations are endless and you can really customize it to your own liking!
3. – ENJOY! I use a nutri-ninja and it works wonders! This is the perfect light and refreshing breakfast! I sometimes have it for dinner and it’s extremely satisfying! Let me know if you try this recipe & watch out for a new blog post coming tomorrow! xx
