Why hello there!
If you managed to stumble across my blog – hi! It’s very nice to meet you! I’m Paula and I decided to finally, after some thought and planning, to start a food and lifestyle blog. Seems like it may be a hype nowadays, but as a 3rd year University student on placement I have found myself spending more and more time experimenting with new recipes, reading food blogs, watching cooking shows & buying endless recipe books. If I’m doing that in my free time and have been contemplating it for several months now- why not actually start? We only live once, right!
Baking & cooking has been my hobby for several years – my friends, family and boyfriend would have to be the ones that have seen the impact of this the most. I have become passionately in love with creating new foods, displaying them in the most intricate and delightful ways and spent most of my weekends doing that.
Although I do love scrumptious, decadent and rich treats like cookies, cupcakes, burgers and cocktails (we can’t pretend we don’t love them…) I try to live and lead a healthy lifestyle which means tons of nutritious, healthy, light but satisfying recipes coming your way! Maybe some lifestyle tips as well – if that’s of any interest to you- the reader of this blog 🙂
I really do hope that my posts will be informative and enjoyable! Please let me know if there is anything that you are craving to find a recipe for and I will try my best to send a great one your way (after some time of trial and error)! Apart from enjoying my blog, reading, commenting and sharing it with your friends I ask for you to give me feedback on how to make it better and more interesting 🙂 After all, this is my first ever blog….. and my first ever blogpost at that!
For now I am going to leave it at that and try and learn how to use this amazing platform! Looking forward to sending you a nice post in the next couple of days 🙂
